I never thought I could love a toilet, but I love this one. It does everything for you and seems easy to clean. Also, if anything should ever go wrong, Horow replacement parts would not be difficult to find. Before this toilet, we had a different smart toilet from a different manufacturer. One part needed to be replaced after less than a year of use, but the manufacturer was nowhere to be found, and we had to replace the entire unit! This is why we went with Horow this time around - so we could avoid that! Plus, this toilet is just so extra, in a good way!

I purchased a T03 toilet from a discount reseller and the toilet was missing the remote. I contacted customer care and they said they would send me a remote at no charge and immediately shipped it to me. I haven’t installed the toilet yet but the customer service is outstanding. Thank you Horow!!!
