Can I return an order?
Of course, we support 30-day no-questions-asked refunds（from the day you receive our product）.
Who pays for the shipping?
If the item is being returned for a quality reason, because it is damaged, it does not function properly or receive a wrong item, please contact us and we will cover the cost of shipping. If possible, we would like to see pictures of the damage.
However, if its because you changed your mind and no longer seem to like what you ordered, then you are responsible for the cost.
How to return ?
When you need return the product, pls contact us for ask an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number).We will provide RMA number and return address. If package without RMA number, the package will be lost or return to you.
You can apply for refund within 1 month since the date you received the goods. Detail rules as follows:
How and when will I get my money back?
After we receive the product, you will receive a confirmation email. We need a week to process your return order. Your payment will be refunded in the same manner as you purchased within 14 days.
Please note that for credit card payment refund, please allow up to one billing cycle for your account to be credited. Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes. It is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. Or if an unusual delay occurs, feel free to contact us for assistance.
How do I cancel an order?
Just like returning a product, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you bought from us. If you want to cancel the order before you receive it, please contact us to inform us of your intentions. If the order has not been dispatched, we will just cancel the order. However, if the item is on its way to you, you will have to follow our returns policy and send it back to us.
