We purchased 4 T20Y and we are very happy with the purchase. The toilet gives you a warm seat, bidet that moves back and forth, then blow dry the area and the flush system is very powerful that even the biggest doing is flush away with ease. I also like the handsfree.

Horow bath high-tech advance toilet T20Y was easy to install. The only problem faced was the valve due to metric versus English. But the replacement was sent and fit perfect. Packaging of the toilet is perfect and the performance of the toilet is very impressive. What aban upgrade over existing toilet.

We had the toto bident installed by couldn't afford the toto toilet. This one is so much better than the $400 bidet. The flush is strong night light is nice and bidet is awesome. Kids love it too. I don't have to help my kids wipe off poop which is huge

Awesome product

For the installation, you'll need a 120v plug within 3ft of the back of the toilet. I ran a wire from the light/fan switch through a few studs to a remodel box about 8 inches off the floor. Then installed a plug with night light, since the toilet already GFI protection on the plug.
You will also need a 3/4 in. garden hose (female hose thread swivel elbow adapter and 3/8 in. comp x 3/8 in. comp hose about 2-3 feet long. You can also just buy a dishwasher connector kit from your local hardware store, but those usually have long hoses. The hose that comes with the toilet is garden hose (female both sides) and is too short.
The toilet flange that comes with the toilet might not work with some plumbing. I used my existing toilet flange with no problems and bought an extra thick bee wax seal. The bolt diameter and location is the same as a regular toilet. BUT!!! the bolts are located on the inside of the porcelain body, so you have to remove the top (lid and brains).
I had to remove 2-4 screws to open the brains, disconnect the wires and internal supply lines and then 2-4 screws to remove the lid/brains from the porcelain. Then you can bolt the toilet down, hook up the supply line, and run the cord. It is amazingly well designed and engineered.
